The UK’s Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) is a ground breaking policy to support and accelerate the uptake of renewable heating technologies. This webinar, brought to you in partnership with the Trade Commissioner Service at the High Commission of Canada in London, looks in detail at the scheme and how it will operate. Andrej Miller of the UK's Department of Energy and Climate Change provides an overview of the policy and how it will work; Stephen Horrax of engineering consultants SKM Enviros looks at some of the cost, technical and commercial considerations of the eligible technologies; and Kristopher Stevens of the Ontario Sustainable Energy Association gives an insight into renewable heating in Canada and the lesson which can be applied in the UK.
